

Dr. Luo
Founder of YESr, Chemistry Teacher
One of the first batch of college students in China after the resumption of the college entrance examination, and one of the first publicly funded graduate students dispatched from university graduates after the Cultural Revolution. Dr. Luo once studied under Professor Michael Smith, a Nobel Prize laureate in Chemistry. Currently, Dr. Luo serves as an Overseas Director of the Chinese Overseas Scholars Association, a Sea-Intelligence Expert of the China Association for Science and Technology, and Secretary-General of the BC Chemistry Olympiad Association. He has cultivated winners of the Canadian Secondary School Science and Technology Competition gold medal, as well as gold, silver, and bronze medalists of the International Chemistry Olympiad. Dr. Luo's son graduated from Churchill Secondary School in Vancouver, attended Yale University, obtained a double degree in Biology and Economics from Yale, worked at Goldman Sachs for three years, and currently serves as Vice President of a venture capital fund.
